From June 16 to 27 2025 the 2nd International Summer School "Regional and Global Dimensions of EU Soft Power" was held in accordance with the implementation of the plan of the Jean Monnet EUROSOFT Center of Excellence project on Erasmus+

On June 12–13, 2025, the Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) Seminar titled “Development of Inclusive Higher Education” took place at Astana IT University.

On June 9, 2025, an online seminar on the development of joint educational programs was held. The seminar was organized by the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE).

On May 23, 2025, an information session on preparing Erasmus+ project proposals was held for the faculty of Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with the participation of the Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan Laura Kalabayevna Paluanova and the Scientific Consultant-Chief Expert of the University Shaizada Umirzakovna Tasbulatova.

On Мау 15, 2025 the National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) team and the Higher Education Development National Center of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, successfully held the Seminar on the Bologna Process: Recognition of Qualifications at Nazarbayev University. The event was attended by more than 100 representatives of higher education institutions.

On April 25, 2025, Laura Paluanova, Coordinator of the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan, took part in an expert meeting on the development of creative education and training in the field of culture and art.

On April 23-24, 2025, Bishkek hosted a seminar within the framework of the Technical Assistance Mission (TAM seminar) on "Strengthening cooperation between universities in Europe and Central Asia."

The National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform in Kazakhstan (hereinafter – HERE) has identified the "Fundamental Values of Higher Education" as one of the priority areas of its activities for 2025, which also corresponds to the national priority

On April 17, 2025, the Erasmus+ Information Day was held at the University of Toraigir.

On 7-8 April 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan (NEO KZ) and the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) took part in a two-day online SPHERE workshop “Artificial Intelligence: What institutions have to teach, and students have to learn for career and citizenship".

On December 27 and 30, 2024, a two-day online Regional Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) Seminar was held on “The Role of AI in Higher Education.” The event brought representatives of HEIs, researchers and experts to discuss key aspects of integrating artificial intelligence into higher education.
