NEO KZ participation in the expert meeting on the development of creative education

On April 25, 2025, Laura Paluanova, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ office of in Kazakhstan, took part in an expert meeting on the development of creative education and training in the field of culture and art. The meeting was held at Kazmedia Center with the participation of Vice Minister of Culture and Information Aybek Sydykov, representatives of government agencies, experts from leading Kazakhstani and foreign universities, as well as heads of cultural education organizations.

The coordinator presented information about the possibilities of the Erasmus+ programme for universities in the field of culture and art, spoke about projects implemented by creative universities in Europe, and answered questions from the participants of the event.

During the meeting, a constructive dialogue took place on the main trends and directions of further development of creative education in Kazakhstan. The event participants also discussed the possibilities of implementing certified educational programmes, the role of cultural education in the era of artificial intelligence, and the prospects for the participation of creative universities in the Erasmus+ programme. The participants of the event expressed a common opinion on the need to develop comprehensive measures and adapt existing tools and training programmes for best practices and requests.
