Organisation ID and Participant Identification Code

OID (Organisation ID) – an 8-digit sequential number prefixed with an E and is attributed to organisation information once registered in ORS (for example: E12345678). The Organisation ID is mandatory for applicants and every organisation involved in actions de-centrally managed by National Agencies (e.g., ICM).

PIC (Participant Identification Code) – a 9-digit unique identifier of organistaions to take part in actions centrally managed by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Any organisation, HEI that wish to be part of Erasmus+ projects either as a partner or a coordinator managed by the EACEA (e.g., CBGE, Erasmus Mundus, Jean Monnet) should have a valid PIC.
