On June 9, 2025, an online seminar on the development of joint educational programs was held. The seminar was organized by the National Office of Erasmus+ in Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE).
More than 100 representatives from more than 40 higher educational institutions took part in the seminar. Among the participants were Vice-rectors, Deans, Heads of departments and specialists, responsible individuals for the development of joint educational programs. The main speaker was Ulrike Krawagna, Management of Joint Degree Programs at University of Graz, Austria, who shared the European experience of implementing joint educational programs, presented various partnership models and explained the differences between them. In the framework of group discussions, the participants discussed difficulties that arise during the implementation of joint programs, exchanged experience and solutions, and developed practical recommendations.
