Infosessions on Erasmus+ in North Kazakhstan

On September 3-14, 2023, NEO KZ Coordinator Laura Paluanova visited higher education institutions in North Kazakhstan to hold infosessions on Erasmus+. These visits included meetings with universities' leadership; general sessions about Erasmus+; tailored sessions for potential CBHE and Jean Monnet applicants and tours of the laboratories established under Erasmus+ projects. Within the visit the Coordinator visited the following cities and regional universities:

• Kostanay: A.Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, M.Dulatov Kostanay Engineering and Economic University, Z.Aldamzhar Kostanay Social-Technical University.
• Rudny: Rudny Industrial Institute.
• Arkalyk: Y.Altynsarin Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute.
• Pavlodar: Toraighyrov University, A.Margulan Pavlodar Pedagogical University, Innovative University of Eurasia.
• Ekibastuz: Ekibastuz Technical and Engineering Institute.
• Petropavlovsk: M.Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University.

As a result, regional universities increased their awareness about the programme; understood what actions they want to consider and received helpful recommendations and tools to participate in the Erasmus+ actions available for Kazakhstan.
