Infosessions on Erasmus+ in Central Kazakhstan

On June 18-21, 2024, NEO KZ Coordinator Laura Paluanova held Erasmus+ information sessions at higher education institutions in Karaganda, Temirtau and Zhezkazgan. These visits included meetings with universities' leadership; general sessions about Erasmus+; tailored sessions for potential CBHE and Jean Monnet applicants and tours of the laboratories established under Erasmus+ projects. Within the visit the Coordinator visited the following regional universities:

• Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz
• A.Saginov Karaganda Technical University
• Karaganda Medical University
• E.A.Buketov Karaganda University
• Bolashaq Academy
• Karaganda Industrial University
• O.A.Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University

As a result, regional universities increased their awareness about the programme; understood what actions they want to consider and received helpful recommendations and tools to participate in the Erasmus+ actions available for Kazakhstan.
