On 21–22 May 2026, the National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan (NEO KZ), with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency, is organizing the Erasmus+ Regional Information Day and the conference “Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education” at Seifullin University in Astana.
21 May – Erasmus+ Regional Information Day dedicated to the impact of the programme on the development of higher education in Central Asian countries and best practices of participation.
22 May – Conference “Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education” with the participation of invited experts from the European Union. The discussion will focus on the impact of AI on higher education systems in Central Asian countries.
Objectives of the event:
The event will bring together experts from the European Union and Central Asia, representatives of higher education institutions, Ministries, National Erasmus+ Offices, and HERE teams.
Within the programme, universities will have the opportunity to participate in the fair of Erasmus+ projects and AI initiatives.
