Results of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Call 2026

According to the results of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Call 2026, Kazakhstan is represented in 6 projects selected for funding. Kazakhstani higher education institutions (HEIs) act as Coordinators (Grantholders) in 4 of these projects.

This achievement demonstrates the growing potential of Kazakhstani HEIs in implementing international educational initiatives and strengthening their role in the development of higher education.

• A.K. Kussainov Eurasian Humanities Institute INSPIRE 21 (Strand 1, Priority: Sustainable Growth and Jobs) Empowering International Cooperation and Skills for Sustainable Growth in the 21st Century.

Kazakh HEIs also participate as partners in the following projects:

• DIETICA (Strand 3, Priority: Sustainable Growth and Jobs) Developing Internationally Aligned Dietetics Education in Central Asia.

• FOOD4FUTURE (Strand 2, Priority: Sustainable Growth and Jobs) Strengthening product reformulation as a means for healthier choices for food consumers in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
